Happy Friday!!

I can’t believe it’s Friday again!! Not only that but we’re almost at the end of the month. Is it me or is time just flying?!? Anyhow, I have another creation. This time I stamped my Guide Line image inside a Boxes, Bags & Tags frame and it seems to work well :) I think I’ll do this one again with out the grid and add more color.

Have a Blessed Weekend!!

Wow!!! I haven’t posted in a while. I’ve been very busy with my little girl ;) and I’m also changing blog server (I’ll notify when that happens). Today I’m posting a card I made a while ago for one of Raspberry Suite’s Color Challenges by Dawn. I didn’t post this one up because at the time I had one I liked more {smile}

Anyhow, hope your weekend was great and full of family time :)

Have a great week I’ll be posting more often this week.

Just Because

When I first heard the wondrous story of the Life, the Death and the Resurrection of Jesus Christ I couldn’t help but cry. It wasn’t an, “oh how sweet”, kind of cry it was more like a deep contrition a surrender or an I’ve been found guilty kind of cry. With my heart heavy I fell on my knees and pleaded. You see somehow I wanted to be added to that experience of joy, forgiveness, redemption and freedom. After all that’s what had compelled me to seek and wasn’t that what He (Christ) came to offer? Thankfully 2000 (+) years later the offer is still available. His (Jesus’) Resurrecting power is still alive. I pray that you may find this day the experience you’ve been longing for. May you find yourself at the foot of an empty cross embraced by Him who gave all He had - Just because... He loves you!!!

Spring Baby

I really enjoy baby animals. Whenever I go to any major zoo I alway look for their nursery to see who’s new. Oh and what fuzzy feelings it brings to see baby Gorillas or baby Giraffes or even a baby Wallaby (those are some of the ones I’ve seen in a nursery). Any how spring time for me is all about looking for baby animals- ducklings, chicks, goats, birdies and my favorite little wooly lambs (simply adorable). Speaking of which, todays card features just that- a little lamb. I found this stamp once again in the $1 bin at Michael’s and as you may know I just had to buy it :) Thanks for stopping by.

Have a fun filled day!!!

Inspired by Kristina’s color challenge I made a birthday card. I think this is the simplest card I’ve made in a while. They’re very easy to make, reproduce and cost effective. Great card for beginners. You can make 10-12 and package as a gift or you can just make a pack for yourself and have ready for any occasion (stamp the sentiment later)

kwerner Color Inspiration #48

Great colors once again and as usual lots of talent at KCC. Today I have a simple little card. I’ve had for some time now these leftover clear cards (with grid) that I’ve been wanting to use. These colors and my little homeless bits and pieces made this card possible. Different for my style but I must say I’m impressed with the outcome :)

Have a great day!!

Raspberry Suite Color Challenge 3

This weeks color challenge was just that- a real challenge. Pink and its neighbor tones are colors I find difficult to play with. However, I’m impressed with what can come up with this combo. Lovely colors indeed. So many gorgeous creations at The Raspberry Suit using this very color combination. Thanks Dawn for the challenge :)

Handmade Flowers

Nothing cheers one up more than a bouquet of flowers (really even a single flower). They are so vibrant, delicate, aromatic (some), bold, simple and full of charm. A glimpse at one can dazzle and mesmerize you all in a good way. I believe God created flowers. I like to think of the fun He must’ve had imagining each and every one of them. What a Master artist what creativity-and to think He made it all for our delight. What an Awesome God!!! Happy Day:)

It's a Lady!

I have always enjoyed observing insects. Their tiny world is full of lessons. It baffles me to see how they live so structured and organized. With Spring in full bloom I thought I'd pay tribute to the beloved and necessary Little Lady Bug. Can't wait till they start visiting my plants :)
